Standard Shipping — $11.95 AUD (flat rate)

  • Orders under $200 AUD ship for a flat rate of $11.95 AUD.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days to major cities, or 7–14 business days to rural areas.

FREE Standard Shipping (Australia)

  • Spend $200 AUD or more in one transaction and receive free standard shipping across Australia.
  • ✔️ Free in-store pickup is also available.

Please note: Free shipping offers may be temporarily unavailable during sale periods. If free shipping doesn't appear at checkout, it has been temporarily removed due to active promotions or discounts.

Express Shipping — $17.95 AUD

Need it faster? Choose express shipping for estimated delivery within 1–4 business days to most Australian locations.

We currently ship to New Zealand and Canada only.

New Zealand Rates (AUD)

Standard Shipping — $14.95 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days via Australia Post eParcel.

Express Shipping — $20.00 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: as little as 4 business days, up to 10 business days for remote areas.

FREE Express Shipping (NZ)

  • Spend $300 AUD or more in one transaction and receive free express shipping.

Standard Shipping — $15.00 AUD (orders up to 4kg)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days via Australia Post International Standard.

Standard Shipping — $30.00 AUD (orders over 4kg)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days via Australia Post International Standard.

🌏 International Orders — Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Australia, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or GST charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee at checkout. The Birch House has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or cover their cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure. Duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable by The Birch House.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking. You can track your parcel anytime via the Australia Post tracking tool or the Australia Post App.

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 14 business days (Australia) or outside the expected delivery window (international), please:

If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged, please email us within 30 days of purchase at admin@thebirchhouse.com.au with details of the issue. We'll process a refund to your original payment method (please note: no cash refunds will be issued).

🖤 BLACK FRIDAY 2025 — Special Conditions (26/11/25 to 30/11/25)

For the period 26 November 2025 to 30 November 2025, free shipping will apply to all Australian orders over $160.00 AUD. Canada remains a flat rate of $35.00 AUD during this promotional period. Promotional shipping conditions apply during the stated dates and may override standard shipping offers.

The only changes from your original are the new 🍁 Canada Rates section added with your correct rates and delivery timeframe, and the duties clause is now properly positioned directly below the Canada rates where it makes the most sense for international customers reading the policy. Everything else is untouched.
